Why UTO Marketing?
Hello, my name is Randy Miller - Owner
I entered the industry of Direct Sales (Door To Door Sales) in 2007.
With no previous experience, very little confidence of what I was actually getting myself involved with and or the challenges that lay ahead for me from this entered I dived in head first to embark on my journey. The thought of me trying something new, testing my abilities to challenge myself or get out of my comfort zone and explore something new that would eventually not only just freedom from the norm of traditional jobs but also the ability to gain one of the most important commodities in life which is time. With freedom of time I began to realize that this would afford me the potential to gain tremendous financial freedom as well which these ideas intrigued me and influenced me to pursue my opportunity with extreme seriousness. Quickly I realized that I would need to gain skills in the area of communication, confidence, taking control and leadership in order to advance as I desired. I've always found that in order to succeed in this industry others would be involved in your success so I became a sponge and soaked up all the knowledge, skill set, and experience from more experienced agents as well as the management team I worked under at that time. One of the most important aspects of growth I learn at the time which has helped shape me even to do day as an organizational leader is the necessity of recruiting and advertising your business. The key wasn't simply knowing the importance but rather how to recruit properly. Upon learning this factor of business I also quickly learned that recruiting was important but it would ultimately be the teaching, training and development of those recruited into your business that would be the difference maker.. I learned all I could about all areas of recruiting, training, teaching, development and retention which allowed me to eventually grow my own personal sales team and eventually grow into qualifying to become an independent business owner of my own company over time. My day finally came, as of 6/28/2018 U.T.O. Marketing LLC. was born!!!
Becoming an official corporation not only thrilled me but fueled me and and made me even more determined to succeed as an individual and now also a business. Over time I learned that my appreciation for the things I experienced throughout my journey is what truly moved me and still inspire me today because I truly know the sacrifices as well as the investments I've made in my successes to date.. Realizing there's so many to thank throughout my journey thus far I remind myself that the best way to say thank you to those who helped me along the way is to in return do the exact same things for others thus paying it forward. There's still so much more to learn and experiences that I'll have to embark on as I continue to grow as a business, an individual, a father and leader yet I'm as excited now about them all as I was when I dived head first into the industry at the beginning!
